Self:Cervix Practitioner

Sessions are beautifully orchestrated through a co-creative process where you, the client, are seen as the expert utilizing and experiencing your body as a resource for healing. We work to discover what it means to be an empowered receiver through this framework, one in which your choices guide you through the session experience.

Challenging outdated research, empowering women, and outsmarting the BS surrounding the world of female sexuality.

WOC
Practitioner

Wheel of Consent teaches us how to express boundaries and limits, and what it means to give and receive consent. We often do not know clearly our limits and boundaries, and often refrain from voicing them to our partners/lovers/friends or therapist/clients. Yet our healing work must go through the process of reclaiming our boundaries and limits in order to get out of our victim or perpetrator roles.

Embodiment
Coaching

Learn to experience more rapture through embodiment coaching. The path to pleasure is often blocked by past injuries and tensions our body may hold. Unless we can make those vulnerable steps in exploring our own numbness to pain, our own anger, and our own fears through the sensations of our body somatically, we will not be able to fully experience joy in our daily lives.

DeArmore
Practitioner

Experience de-armoring, touch that can be varied in pressure, guided by you. De-armoring is a powerful tool to clear the blocks created by stress and tension experienced in our lifetime and carried in our DNA. This includes body mapping, which explores the the throat, heart, solar plexus, pelvis, pelvic bones, and groin muscles in order to release stress and tension.

WombSpaces
Group Labs

Thes labs are a restorative practice aligning your voice with your body’s wisdom in partnership with deep listening and conscious, reparative touch.

They are spaces that humanize and naturalize, where we take off our masks and unravel our tensions.

All wounds stored in the body require attention - not just time - to heal. These labs give our bodies the engagement they long for.

All bodies are welcome in WombSpaces.
