Hello Friend, I’m Alicia Moonbeam.

For over two decades, I have explored the living intersection of embodiment, nervous system literacy, storytelling, relational practice, and the healing arts. As the founder of Embodied Relational Intelligence™ and WOMBSPACES Healing Labs, I create transformative experiences that help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, cultivate greater self-awareness, and develop the relational intelligence needed to navigate life with authenticity, resilience, and presence.

My work weaves together somatic practice, nervous system education, embodied inquiry, storytelling, and restorative touch to support women in understanding the patterns, beliefs, and protective strategies that shape their lives and relationships. Rather than focusing on what is broken, I help clients develop a deeper relationship with their body's innate intelligence and capacity for healing.

At the heart of my approach is a commitment to meeting each person exactly where they are. Together, we create space for curiosity, courage, and self-discovery—honoring both the science of nervous system regulation and the mystery of embodied wisdom.

I believe healing happens through relationship: relationship with our bodies, our stories, one another, and the deeper intelligence that lives within us. My role is not to fix, but to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your vitality, your belonging, and your powerful presence.

Where nervous system wisdom, embodied learning,
and courageous conversation converge.

My Healing Path

In 2017 I experienced a difficult and painful period of time, but one that ultimately revealed its powerful purpose. This experience (which many depth psychologists call “the dark night of the soul”) gave my life new meaning.

It was through my own self-inquiry and healing journey (which included a good bit of education!) that I discovered the fruitful lessons necessary for developing this work, which is incredibly joyful to me.

If you’re ready to enter a space of possibility designed to reexamine yourself and your relationship to your emotional, pelvic, and womb health, I want to have those NEW and COURAGEOUS conversations with you. Scar tissue–both seen and unseen–can be remediated, and your outlook and experience can shift dramatically!

A Love Story

worth fighting for is the emotional journey in which we discover who we are in our bodies.
