Scar tissue is much more common than most think. Postpartum, post-surgery or post-injury are times in our lives in which scar tissue can become disruptive, painful, and problematic.
Tendrils of scar tissue are felt within in the belly, vaginal space and sometimes intra-anally. The tendrils are pulling organs like the uterus, bladder, gut, colon, and vagina out of place, a process that is called Biotensegrity. This has a profound effect on the configuration of the pelvis and becomes a source of pain.
Scar tissue may also grow from an injury or surgery affecting structural alignment.
These sessions are customized according to your needs and goals as you learn to inhabit your nervous system. The STREAM methodology acts as the main focus of our work–we’ll be working to identify and remediate scar tissue, and we might include support tools such as the fascial blasting, castor oil packs, Celluma Light Therapy, and more in our individual sessions.

We will build the architecture of your healing house starting with a multidisciplinary approach to healing before we begin work on the scar tissue itself to address the emotional roots and blockages surrounding unresolved emotional trauma.

This may be a good place for you to begin if you're ready to be initiated on a healing journey through any shame, pain, and emotional blockages. My approach is to create safety and gentle facilitation using sensory integration & reparative touch in labs. This lab is focused on customized sessions and integrated healing.
Devoted Time: 12 labs over 6-8 months (labs every other week with breaks).
May include: External and internal manual pelvic floor release work and pelvic care exercises. External and internal genital mapping and STREAM (Scar Tissue Remediation Education and Maintenance). taking a holistic approach to address the unseen and mostly undetected scar tissue that is crippling our joy and abundance and access to health and pleasure while learning to inhabit our nervous system.
STREAM evaluates injuries sustained from accidents, surgical procedures and childbirth and other traumatic events held in the body. Through scar tissue remediation using skillful and sensitive intervention to help heal sexual dysfunction, developmental disruptions, and generational/social conditioning that may have harmed one’s nervous system.
Every session includes a packet you will fill out over the course of our time together, along with educational materials and all back-end work I will do for you. I also provide a wealth of resources to support your process. Together we uncover your vibrancy!

Fascial Blasting Sessions

I have found that these tools do wonders for cutaneous scar tissue by fluffing the fascia underneath the skin, breaking down adhesions, and intensifying blood flow for healing.
When fascia is healthy, it’s flexible enough to twist, glide, and bend. But inflammation and trauma can tighten the fascia, causing pain and possibly pulling muscles, organs, and bones out of their natural configuration, damage that can be the root of dysfunction in the body.
Additionally, fascia contains many nerves that are sensitive to pain. These healing tools release tension and pinned nerves using careful pressure and speed.
